Smrek currently holds a position on the company’s Board of Directors from January 2018. The Company further announces that the Supervisory Board re-elected Jakub Dyba as Member of the Board of Directors for a functional period of three years with effect from Jan. 1 2021. Dyba currently holds a position on the company’s Board of Directors from January 2018.
